Our new Small Batch Rye whisky, was bottled at 115.6 proof, aged 5 yrs. 8 mo. It has an amazing minty nose combined with cinnamon, cardamom and smoked anise. It is a creamy expression with lots of ginger, orange peel and cherry. With a bit of water the flavors open up while the nose stays intact.
